Yes, I do customize and personalize items. I do need to know the zip code the item is shipping to in order to give you the best quote. If the item is listed in the shop please just make a note in the seller note section when you purchase the item and I will personalize it for you. This saves time of me making you a custom quote on something that is already listed in the shop.
Each piece of wood is slightly different and will have it's own character (knots, cracks, holes, etc) and texture. These variations add character to each sign so that each sign is truly unique! Due to this, each sign will have slight variations compared to the sign photographed.
If your item was damaged in shipping I recommend contacting the post office to file an insurance claim. I can file this claim for you but I will need detailed photos of the damage and packaging.
I can only track your item with the tracking number that is provided. Once your package has been scanned into the post office system I am unable to tell you where or when the item will be delivered to your home. I do ship most items priority mail so it only takes 2 to 4 days to get to you.
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by December 10. Please order early as Christmas is a busy time of the year for but myself and the post office.
