If picking stain/painted tiles please let me know what color stain or paint you would like, I do have samples if you need them.

Due to rising cost of birch tiles will be made pine, if you have purchased tiles before they will be done in birch.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do customize and personalize items. I do need to know the zip code the item is shipping to in order to give you the best quote. If the item is listed in the shop please just make a note in the seller note section when you purchase the item and I will personalize it for you. This saves time of me making you a custom quote on something that is already listed in the shop.

My sign looks split or dented why?
Each piece of wood is slightly different and will have it's own character (knots, cracks, holes, etc) and texture. These variations add character to each sign so that each sign is truly unique! Due to this, each sign will have slight variations compared to the sign photographed.
My item was damaged in shipping?
If your item was damaged in shipping I recommend contacting the post office to file an insurance claim. I can file this claim for you but I will need detailed photos of the damage and packaging.
Where is my item, the post office tracking isn't updating
I can only track your item with the tracking number that is provided. Once your package has been scanned into the post office system I am unable to tell you where or when the item will be delivered to your home. I do ship most items priority mail so it only takes 2 to 4 days to get to you.
What is the latest date I can place an order for Christmas?
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by December 10. Please order early as Christmas is a busy time of the year for but myself and the post office.

I ordered so many of these letters! We are using them for our office. Each letter is so great, was packaged well (none were scratched or anything). I reached out to the seller once and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The wood is so gorgeous and quality. Everyone in the office loves how they turned out! Thank you!

The tiles did just the job! My idea was to make a wall piece for someone who I play Scrabble with so I ordered the tiles with their name and her dogs name and glued the pieces together. It was very easy to glue and I used Velcro strips to attach it to the wall. It came out beautifully! There are imperfections in the wood such as nots and burns but I loved it as it brought a more natural look to it! Thank you!!

I requested a full set of 3"x3" Scrabble tiles (100 pieces), and SignsbySnow delivered! The tiles are clean-looking and sturdily made. Would definitely recommend this shop and their products. We're looking forward to playing outdoors on our patio's built-in Scrabble board next spring!
